change wallpaper on lock screen

hey guys and gals i am using 1.1.4 with customize and am having trouble remembering how to change the wallpaper on my lock screen to have it match my main page with the icons on it. anyone able to help?

Move a copy of the image that you want to use into the wallpaper directory, or the photo library, then you can select it via settings.

tried that. i select a photo from wallpaper the go through settings and switch it but nothing happens😡
