Change where osx lion saves my user accounts

Hi

I have replaced my superdrive in my macbook pro with an SSD drive. So now i have osx lion and applications on the SSD. What i would like to do is change where the default place for my documents is to the other HDD. E.g My users folder so my music, documents videos etc are all located on the second HDD.

Anyone know how to do this?
