Changed to inverse colours (accessability)

Ok work with me, im so new to macs even tho ive owned this since 2009 lol! but anywayz i dont know what i did.. somehow i have changed the color on my computer to bright and black and crazy neon colors.. i dont know how to fix this... Did i mess something up, Or is my mac firing? PLEASE help! <3

Thanks i found it by googling what u said... im so new to macs.. its sad!! im mac dumb! boo
