Hi.

I am wondering if it is possible to take a video, not a DVD, that is already on my computer, ie a home video, and upgrade the video quality on it. I have tried to change the dimensions and bitrate but it pretty much looks the same. It is kind of blurry and hard to see, like a YouTube video and I am trying to make the video look "crisper" if you know what I mean. Is there any software out there that will help? Thanks.

Sadly, not really.

Increasing the dimensions/bit rate etc... won't do anything. It's a bit like getting a really bad quality photograph, and just looking at it closer.
