Changing App Icons in an easy way

Hey guys

I've tried many winterboard themes on my iphone 4, but they always end up not being very pretty, since 2-3 icons don't get themed.
Is there some app or some way to theme all apps on the iphone automatically with one template?
I found the cydia app masks, but all it does is it cuts the apps along a masks, which is not exactly what i want. I'd rather like to take a section of an app, cut it out and put a border around it, similar to this:

I think there was an app released called Icon Glyph Maker or Glyph Maker, something like that. Might wanna take a look at that and see if that works for you.
