I had my App Store account set to the UK, with family sharing to my wife and 2 kids who also had their region set to UK. They all did purchases via my account. It all worked fine.
Then I changed my region to the US, with US credit card, because I need some apps that are only available in US store, and my account works.
But none of the 3 family accounts can now download apps - at all. I believe this is because their regions are still set to UK, and all family members have to be in same region.
But when I go to change the region for my wifevia https://appleid.apple.com, it asks for a credit card for her based in US, which she doesn't have. I don't remember her ever needing a credit card listed before. And for the two kids the option to change region is greyed out completely... and all it says is "Your country cannot be changed at this time."
Any ideas?
