Rather a minor problem this, but one I thought I'd investigate.

When changing the artwork for films with iTunes Extras, the image displayed in iTunes (with the rollover HUD) does not change. When viewing the individual movie file, either in Front Row or Finder, the artwork will have changed to whatever you changed it to.

Clearly the .ite file has some kind of embedded artwork that overwrites the user defined artwork of the .m4v file, and I was wondering if anyone had found a way to change this?

Scratch the above, found a way.

Navigate to the .ite file, show the package contents, and remove the "iTunesArtwork" unix file. Artwork can now be changed at will.

Topic can be locked now, I guess.
