iOS Changing company name which appears by default in source?

Is there a way to change the company name which appears at the top of your code by default, ie:

Created by Name on Date
Copyright Year CompanyName. All Rights Reserved

Will the company's name appear at all on the app store on my apps? I put down my university as the company but my coding is in no way affiliated with the university and I don't want to give the university the copyrights or anything like that.

Is there a way to change the defaults on this behavior?

Yes. By default, this should be appearing as "__MyCompanyName__". To change it:

No, the company name that's used in Xcode is separate from the company name that is part of your iTunes Connect enrollment settings.
