can someone tell me how to change folder enhancer background, what is the directory to change the background image, thanks in advance

Go to settings.app / folder enhancer / documentation (online) / FAQ
Everything is there....
Or if you're lazy
Winterboard path is: some.theme / Bundles / com.apple.springboard - FEFolderBG.png or if retina it is FEFolderBG@2x.png
