i have a 15" MBP. Intel, duo 2.2 blah blah.

I have th display set to auto adjust so I want to change the function of the F( and F10 keys. By default those adjust the brightness of the monitor but I would like them to affect the windows without having to press the "fn" key.

How can i do this.

While were on the key stroke subject anyone know where I can find a list of mac keystroke shortcuts?

Thanks kidz!

I don't have a mac with me at the moment, but it's somewhere in System Preferences. Most likely Mouse&Keyboard. If it's not there then check Dashboard&Expose. It's a check box you're looking for. Sorry I couldn't be more specific right now:eek:

System Preferences is your friend.

I'm pretty sure this will fix what you are talking about regarding the function of the F keys: System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard > Check "Use the F1-F12 keys to control software features".

To see a complete list of keyboard shortcuts: System Preferenes > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts

Hope that solves your problem :)
