Changing Icons on Mac OS X?

I know there is a app to do that. Help! =D Thanks and post some icons if you know some.

That app looks really cool. I was wondering can that same app change the mouse pointer as well. I wanted to change that and also the icon that pops up on the mac when things are loading. If anybody knows any sites that do that as well please post thanks.

You want to use a program called Mighty Mouse. It changes the Mac OS X cursors. I think it's exactly what your looking for.

thats program looks nice but it wont work on my mac i have a intel chip. It only works with the old ppc chips. But thinks for the suggestion.
