I have a US iTunes store account but have recently shifted to India. I wanted to change the country of my iTunes store to India but am not successful.
I tried following the steps given in the help section of the Apple website but I hit a roadblock. It seems that I have some credits left over from a gift card($0.12) and won't be able to change the country till I use up the amount.
Since there are no apps or songs for that price, I'm in a fix!
Is there any other way to use that amount or even forgo that amount and change the country?
