iPod Changing language on new iPod

Well, within seconds of turning on the iPod I managed to change the language to sometihg that looks like Chinese. Except I'm not Chinese.

Any ideas how to ge tit back to English?

I've searched the forum, but noone else's problem seems to be like mine.

I'm not 100% sure that restoring factory settings will do this, but if it might be useful the procedure is here:
