Changing Mac Screenshots Location

    ... and download the "Deeper" app.

    Launch it and enter your password.

    In the "general" panel, there is the option to specify the file format for screen captures, and to select the default location to which they will be saved.

    I guess they consider it obvious that hitting return after entering each line is required. Although that second example which shows screen shots should have done that and showed the next prompt in Terminal.

    It's obvious if you know as much as the person writing how to do it, which most people including me don't which is why we're asking in the first place.

    Which is why many people are unsuccessful when they try it, the writer assumes too much knowledge of the reader.
