changing my iphone

hey I got mine from carphone warehouse with the insurance policy

I want to change it coz firstly so many people say they rang me but my phone shows no recognition to anyone ringing me. Secondly there has been one dead pixel since day of purchase thirdly I have 2 little scratches on the screen and my apple logo is scratched coz my mum threw the phone at me 3 times twice hitting the wall.

Are any of these reasons valid enough for them to exchange for a new iPhone?also is it likely they will send the phone back to apple to fix, leaving me iPhone/music less for 28dayz

Are you sure its not broken because your mom threw it at the wall 2 times? I don't know if you can return a product after that kind of incident.

LOL it happend before this and the policy said it covers lost stolen, accidental damage, water spillage or wotever LOL just wanted to know if anyone ever made a claim and how easy it is

LOL that gave me a laugh! I needed that! Yeh she was being very selfish wen she threw it I hadn't actually done anything hay hoe ive moved out following her temper
