Changing my photo stream folder in iClould Control Panel

My Photo Stream photos are not syncing after changing the folder where I want my Photo Stream photos to be synced to in Windows 7 Pro 32-bit using iCloud Control Panel (latest version). I changed it to a photo in my OneDrive folder.
Why isn't that working? Any suggestions are appreciated.
