Just received a new credit card ( old account; new number); want to change the information in Icloud. Can't. It won't let me. How is this done?

Changing payment info

That is exactly where I went to change my credit card information. It showed my old card info. I tried to change it to my new info. It wouldn't let me. But all is good. I went to the Itunes store and changed my information there. I had problems doing it; but I eventually managed.
