changing right-click keyboard shortcut

Is it possible to do this?

How can I change it from 2 fingers clicking/ ctrl+ click to ctrl+alt ? I tried looking in the keyboard shortcuts, but to no avail.

You can't. Ctrl + alt are used together in certain shortcuts already.

No, i mean, i generally cant work out how to create keyboard shortcuts to stuff. I tried going into kryboard shortcuts menu as instructed by googling this problem, but i cant really figure how to create new shortcuts for different actions ?
