ok got it. I replaced the icon with a 128 x 128 icon I found online and just backedup the source file on the phone using iphone explorer although preview doesnt show the file for some reason.. weird... anyways.. I changed the filename for the file i downloaded and up swapped it simple as that.

And i hate bitesms too much rubbish for something that is simple. I installed mark that msg, and quickreply and thats all I need from a sms app. 🙂

Just a note, make sure to resize the OP's file to the dimensions of the two find on the iPhone (icon.png and icon-Small.png) and replace both
