Changing the capture date?

At my last wedding I forgot to synch my cameras with my assist and her camera is a few hours off time compared to mine. So I am trying to find a way to be able to get these in order some how. If there way a way I could modify the capture date field on all of the files by adding a certain amount of time to them all that would do it.

Anyone else have this happen and find a way to sort them in order without manually doing it?
I normally use iView Media pro to categorize or can use bridge also.

There is some freeware out there that will allow you to edit the exif data. I cannot remember which one I used, but I think it was this one:
