Changing the Menu Color

I just bought a new mac yesterday and I was wondering if I could change the menu color. When I right-click on the dock, I get a dark gray menu with the blue cursor (which is what I would like permanently) and of course the default menu is white with the blue cursor. Any help would be appreciated.
