Apps changing unit measurement for height/weight

I have tried changing the measurement to metrics (kg, cm) for my body measurement but I couldn't figure out how.

That's the unit measurement for Health app in my iPhone but didn't see that option for Apple Watch app.

Anyone knows how?

Did you try using force touch, or swiping up/down for left/right?

(I'm just guessing)
