Changing VMware Fusion Video Memory Size

Installed VMware and running XP pro on it, I need this to run a game for my kids. Standard video RAM in VM is 16MB but I need 128MB. How can I change this?
I've read a post about finding the .vmx file. I found the content of VM but not that file...
