Changing voice plans when ordering iPhone 4

I'm sorry if this has already been asked (I couldn't find the answer).

I want to order two new iPhones to replace the two I currently have with AT&T. I also want to switch my voice plan (there are now more favorable ones available). In the ordering process, I don't see the option to change it (only data and messaging).

Am I missing something?

Once you get the phone, you can change it yourself on AT&T's online account manager.
