Charcoal/Black braided solo loop band?

Wow I just saw this thread... This is the band on my S6 and my absolute favorite! It makes me sad that if it gets messed up somehow I won't be able to get a replacement. I don't understand why Apple would discontinue such a basic color. Not everyone likes flashy colors

I know they're available in black from 3rd parties but I've tried a handful of them and returned them all due to different quality issues I couldn't live with

Yeah i too am never happy with 3rd Party accessories.

It truly baffles me as well.
I could understand to discontinue the flashy colour ones, but for dark basic colours which are the most popular is truly bizarre.

I had the charcoal (size 12) with my red AW6 and absolutely loved the combo. After 9 months of wearing it, it stretched out to the point where it wouldn’t stay put on my wrist (Ie even though I have 8 2/16 inch wrist (and am off the chart for even their size 12). Went to Apple in the spring of this yr and they replaced it….but sadly….they discontinued the Charcoal braided loop. Had to go with the Red Braided loop. I like it….but the charcoal was perfect. I’ve tried a 3rd party cheapo charcoal braided band from Amazon…but the quality (and look) is just not the same. Hoping they bring it back with the Apple Watch 8…..as I’ve now got the Red AW7….would love to pair it up with another charcoal braided loop

Dang, that’s annoying to read more and more people reporting how those braided loops get stretched out easily. They look awesome and seem like they would feel great too, but for $100 or more I’d want mine to hold up for longer than 9 months.

Hmm yeah thats not good to hear about the braided ones stretching out like that

At the moment all ive got is my stainless steel link bracelet but the problem with this one is at home when im sitting its too loose but soon as i become active it feels too tight and like its stuck around my wrist.
Also i won't lie im always self conscious not to get it scratched :/

I truly hope some decent band types and colours are shown at this years event.
