I have started having a charging issue with the last beta. The watch ( ultra) won’t charge past 80 percent. Turning it off and back on fixed the problem until the next day. Has anyone else seen something like this?

That is optimised charging. Mine does the same. And I only know that because I saw a very quick message come up on the Apple Watch when I put it on its charger saying optimised charging enabled or some such words. I only saw that message to once. And can't see anything to do with battery or power on the watch app at the moment.
Edit: go into settings and then battery and then battery health on the watch and you can see it all in there.

That fixed it! And I learned something new. If your watch is in the OCL mode the circle on the screen when you are charging is a different shape. Instead of the regular circle, this one has a little line off of the end that goes into the center of the circle. All fix up now. Thank you for your help!
