Came across a good local deal on a Thunderbolt Display last week & planned to use it as an external monitor for my 2017 MacBook Pro (13" 3.5 I7)

When I've Googled & checked Amazon, all I see are adapters which can turn the Apple USB-C charging cable into a MagSafe connection, but not the other way around.

Would be super cool to charge the MBP from the Thunderbolt Display's MagSafe connector to cut down on a little clutter. Anyone know if this is possible?

I used to have a Thunderbolt Display and was issued a 2-port USB-C MacBook.
I was not able to use power from the Thunderbolt Display. I used the Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter for the display, but I had to use an separate USB-C power source. I used the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter so I could still have a USB port. Never liked this 2-port models for this limitation.
