Hi! I'm not sure if it's normal or not, whenever I charge my phone all the apps that I keep in the background close. Should I be worried or it's normal behavior of the phone? Thanks

What do you mean exactly when you say "close"?

There’s no real way for the user to keep any app “open” in the background on iOS. Apps will be removed from the memory as and when the OS requires more memory to be allocated for doing something else.

Having said that, every app being released from the memory just because you’re charging the device sounds odd. Are you sure about this?
