Charged Twice

I ordered my iphone yesterday and see two pending debit charges for the same amount. I thought they only charge when shipped (July 24th is the date) and would, of course, only charge once. Should I call my bank or is this some normal credit check?

They are not charges. It's just to verify the acct. They will go away automatically in a couple days.
