Charger not supported series 3

when I take my new series 3 off charge it sometimes comes up and says this accessory is not official blah blah. It charges fine. Anyone else. I’m using official apple charger from my series 0 as lead is longer than new one. Thanks

Try a hard reset on your Apple Watch by holding down the digital crown and power button. It's likely just a software glitch.

Apple delivered the original S0 watches with a ~2m long USB cable on the charging puck. Newer watches (S1/2/3) come with a drastically shorter cable (60-80 cm?).

Since updating to watchOS 4 my original series Apple Watch has been acting strangely while on the charger. I've received the "accessory not supported" message and my watch has not charged overnight a couple of times. I never had these issues before so I think it's a glitch in the new OS.
