Charger plug-in tones...a change?

When I had a 5S and plugged it into the charger, the phone made a tone. Now, I have a 6+ and it vibrates when I plug it into the charger, but there is no tone.

Is this a setting I can change somewhere...if so, where?

Slide the mute switch on the side so there's no orange showing.
