Hello,

My Apple Watch Serie 4 is worrying me. Yesterday, at the end of the day, my AW is at 20%. As usual, before going to sleep, I charge it a bit. I come back an hour later, and nothing works anymore. First of all, I have the screen with the logo of the charging cable in green. I try to restart it. Change the charger. To no avail. And since then, this is what the screen shows. I tried to charge it, the circle turns green but doesn't seem to be charging. What is the problem? It was working so well until now. What should I do?

Thank you for your help.

If it turns green it should charge. You could try letting it charge for an hour and then do a forced reboot by holding down the crown and the power button at the same time until the Apple logo shows up - then see if it recovers

Hello

When I first got my AW4 and got the apple charger ubs cable

It held a charge well for several months ...then not

I didn't get much in the way of help at "the _ store"

BUT later after reading that some posted can I use a 15 W Brick instead of a 5 Watt

I began using the 5W Brick and my AW4 is running like almost New or Refurbished or Used

well its working much better
