I don't know what you're looking for here!
The S6 had fast charging so even if it disconnected every 10 minutes and reconnected, it would still charge it without any issues. Something was just wrong with that fancy ebay cable.

I just wanted to see if it wil change the percentage as I plug and unplug it.

It won't change every single time, but as you keep charging it and unplugging it, eventually you will see the percentage change (either up or down) depending on how long you leave it plugged in and how long you leave it unplugged between each cycle.
