Charging on the Neo

The two ports on the Neo have different USB speeds (3.2/2).

I know this affects transfer speeds and external monitor support. But is there any difference when charging? Should we just use the 2.0 port for charging and leave the other for devices that require 3.2?

I'm assuming the 3.2 doesn't have any charging advantages, or does it?

Interesting question. I have been using the 3.2 port for no real reason.

Same - leave the faster port open for Ethernet adapter.

Instead of the single charge port charger that comes with the Neo, I use the dual port Apple charger from my 15" M2 MBA....

I haven't noticed any difference in charging speed between the ports.

I have only charged it a few times since I've received and not when using it. I'll plug it in, mow the lawn, have lunch and it's topped off. I he guess I'll do an experiment and see if there is a difference. I don't anticipate one.

no difference for charging, both max out around 30w
