Anyone have any recommendations for a charging pad that works with otter box cases? Currently using a Samsung but I have to constantly reposition the phone before it picks up the charge

thanks

Both of my kids have Otterbox and the Samsung charges just fine. Sometimes you have to re-position though...beats the heck out of taking it out of the case everyday.

Maybe it is the Samsung model I have. I have to reposition the phone for almost 20 min before I finally get it to work. I think the charging pad I have isn’t great with the Pro Max phone.

using the Samsung Fast Wireless Charger, works fine with any case.

That’s the one I am using but not working with the Otter and Pop case. Thinking about switching to an Anker
oh it worked fine with my Spigen Tough Armor case. I guess it's best if you can test it out in some shops if they have them.

Hi all

tried out the Anker today. Didn’t work with the Otter & Pop case. I am still looking for one that can support a durable case.

Also noting that I am using the Otter & Pop Symmetry Case with the built in pop socket. So I think that is what is preventing most of these charging pads to work effectively.

I use the one from Samsung and works great with any case I have used so far.

Only downside it doesn’t work with my Apple Watch, but this seems something that Apple did on purpose to annoy us.

I'm doubtful you'll find anything at all that will work, the pop socket is just too thick. I guess you could pull off the pop part but that kind of cancels the convenience of wireless charging.
