Wil it damage battery if I charge my phone to 100% and use 100%-50% everyday?

Sure.

It’ll also damage the battery if you charge it to 80% and use 60% to 120% every day.

Using the battery, by its very nature, damages it. That’s why it’s relatively simple to replace as needed, generally after 3-5 years. Use your phone, and (IMO) don’t sweat the small stuff. When the battery needs replaced, if you’re still using the phone, replace it.

The battery is wearing out at every use, but a good pattern is to avoid deep discharging (I wouldn’t go below 20%) and not to stay too much time at 100% (you can easily limit it to 90%). This could just slow down the battery degradation over the time
I tried 80% found it a waste of time and went back to 100% have used 100% on all my past phones for years with no problems.
Keep it 100% for an extended period of time isn’t very healthy, but it’s still less dangerous that deep discharges

I also stick with 100%, which isn't hard to do as I have an iPhone 12 Pro so 80% isn't an option. It is set to "Optimize" so it tends to hold at 80% until around 3:00-4:00am before topping off.

I'll replace the battery when needed. Purchased Spring 2021, currently at 84% battery.
