charging tips for iphone 6

hey guys just wondering how you guys charge your phone. do you let it always drain down to 5% before charging what is the proper way to charge your cell phone to preserve battery life?

Plug in when battery is dead.

Plug in before you go to bed.

I plug mine in when i get home each day whether at 01% or 99%.

Once a month let it drain out completely and then charge to full.
And charge it at 50% or more if you can.
I read the Lith ion batts like that.
