Hello there

I usually charge my watch (ceramic Serie 5) when I’m home. I use it all night for tracking sleep (85% when I wake up) and all day and it has 25% usually at 7pm. It takes 1h or 2 to fully charge it.

Today I reached for the first time 10%. I charged it at 7pm I think but it’s past 10 and it’s at 62%!

1. Where can I check at what time I put it on the stand?
2. Is this normal?

OK. I restarted the Watch last night and it charged twice faster. I'll try again tonight and check better what time I put on charge.

I've had some very slow charging recently on my series 5. Going to try this restart idea.

Try a hard reset first by holding down the digital crown and power button for 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Pro tip:

You could also use an iPad 10w charger, that might help accelerate the charging somewhat.

I think that rebooting the watch fixed it. Thanks.

I had thought that it did not matter what power you fed it beyond the normal min current, it charged the same rate.
