O Obscurelight macrumors 6502 Jul 22, 2011 493 0 NYC Jul 27, 2011 #2 it stops charging once it hits 100%, it is designed to prevent overcharging like all of Apple's other products. Also charging it on your computer isn't bad for it, just slower than the speed you would get charging from an outlet.
