Is it bad to charge your iPhone on the computer, and does your iPhone stop charging once it hits 100% even if its still plugged into a power outlet?
 
it stops charging once it hits 100%, it is designed to prevent overcharging like all of Apple's other products. Also charging it on your computer isn't bad for it, just slower than the speed you would get charging from an outlet.
