Charging

I've had my macbook pro for 4 days and it has quit charging and the magic mouse 2 and magic keyboard wont stay connected.
Says "turn hardware bluetooth on",but it wont turn on.
I just switched to apple because I was upgrading to a new laptop and tried 2 new Toshibas and got a bluescreen twice during setup.
Needed more reliability,so far have not achieved it. very frustrated any help would be greatly appreciated

If it is a brand new MBP, you are entitled to free support from Apple. Try phoning them or taking it in to a genius bar.
