Hey guys, just got an email saying they flagged my preorder charge as fraud. I was the lucky few that got in 5 minutes before 12:01AM and now the charge is being declined. Will Verizon cancel my preorder? I am worried and pissed at Chase.
This happened to me last year trying to order the 5S.....
How did your preorder turn out?
Just spoke with Verizon and they said my order was completely fine and to expect it on the 19th! If anyone else has the same issue, call their internet sales department at: 1-866-338-7390. I was on hold for 40 minutes but it was well worth it. I can sleep now!
Let's say I didn't get my Gold 5S till a month later....even though I ordered 5 minutes BEFORE Midnight via AT&T.
This happened to me as well with my Chase debit card… I contacted AT&T and they said nothing about the preorder affected it. Thank God.
