Chassis fan speed on powermac G4.

Hello, been changing some disks on my GE G4, and I install a new chassis fan, seems to be working 100% speed all the time as its connected to a molex connector.
Is any way of getting regulation of speed from the motherboard?

The main fan as far as i know regulates itself by a builtin thermoresistor so you will need a suitable replacement.
