Chat support in Amazon?

I have several questions before making purchase of a product from Amazon but i don't know where to ask! Isnt there a chat session available to help buyers?
 
Amazon does have chat support. Just click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page on Amazon.com and your support options should show up.

I don't see any "Contact Us" anywhere on the page!!!
 
Well, whenever OP finds the button, they are pretty useful. When I email them, they usually get back within two or three hours.
 
If you have a specific question about a specific product you can post it in the "Customer Questions and Answers" section on the page for the individual product. Amazon will email your question to people who have already purchased the item.
 
I can't also find the inbox of the messages i receive when i contact a seller! 😕
