Cheap Alternative to Apple AV (HDMI) iPad Cable?

Has anyone seen any third party iPad HDMI cable? Only ones i saw were on amazon that cost more than the Apple one.

It uses a regular HDMI cable. I use these for my home theater setup and have not had any problems. In fact audio/video cables are from monoprice. That is a 12footer but they have a lot more lengths.

Give it a couple of months and cheaper ones will start hitting the market.

Yes, because it has happened in the past and I see no reason why it wouldn't. Cables are pretty easy to reverse engineer.

Show me a vga adpter out now that is 3rd party.....

You're better off finding a used apple hdmi adapter on eBay than waiting for a 3rd party to come out.
