Cheap, but decent smartphone to grandfather unlimited data to iP5?

hey guys, so i'm finally getting a smartphone, and i was going to get android, but i finally saw the light and have changed my mind, so i plan to get an iPhone now. so i was thinking, the iPhone 5 will be coming out very soon, mid to late summer, but that is also the time when verizon will be eliminating unlimited data plans. i want to keep the unlimited data plan, so can anyone reccomend a decent smartphone, less than $100 OFF-CONTRACT that i could use until the iPhone 5 comes out =)

I'd assume an old blackberry would fit your needs. Maybe a very early revision droid would be in that price range.

This should hold the unlimited plan over, and should be fun to use for the time being as well.
