Called Aplle today about problems with my iBook and the guy said there is nothing they could do since the computer is 6 years old. Then the guy said if your in the market for a cheap ultra portable to check back the middle of Feburary as one will be released!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

If rumors are to be believed, all this talk about not wanting to be part of the trade show scene is a bunch of B.S. to back out of Macworld in order to start attending CES.


But anyway, yeah, the second something leaves 1 Infinite Loop, you can bet the internet will know long before some store rep does.
 
It was a product serive specialist that i called not in an Apple retail store.
 
Apple keeps its up coming products inside their vaults and have never to this date (correct me if I am wrong) have had a single case in which a prototype escape before a product launch. Which means, your friend (by Apple NDA) can't tell you even if he is your long life buddy or family member.

"high-up-in-command" folks. Not the person that answers your questions about an iBook.
 
maybe they really are updating the White Macbook?
its terribly outdated, and the cheapest macbook is not as cheap as white one.
just a thought.

you called the wrong company anyway.. we love Apple :apple:
 
ALL mac products in the last year have had leaked shots from the manufactures (or related to) , mac book, macbook pro, iphone 3g and imacs. Until you see something sound don't even bother getting interested!

I've got a friend who works in sales for Apple and they don;t get told anything about product launches or release dates... even when new products have already been announced! They find out when the rest of us do. Stop being a ****tard!
