Cheaper alternatives to LG Ultrafine 5K Display?

I am interested in the LG Ultrafine 5K Display but it's a bit pricey. Are there any more reasonably priced monitors with built in webcam/speaker/mic and at least retina resolution (can be smaller, I don't think I need 27") out there? I like the LG Ultrafine 4K but it doesn't have the built in webcam.

Also, how tight is the macOS integration on the LG Ultrafine? Is it really worth it?

Finally, would a 2020 MacBook Air i5 8GB be able to drive an LG Ultrafine without issue?

It was the 5k display. He brought it over since the display arrived before my MacBook Pro $1699 version (EDU Discount). Basically, when you moved a tab, you saw the tab lag behind itself. The computer was red hot. Do not use it with a MacBook Air. It needs fans. Heck, my MacBook Pro uses both fans to cool down after a 5k video. Imagine a MacBook Air, whose CPU is not even attached to a heat sync. What a joke.

Buy a UltraFine if you have a Pro, might recommendation is to go for the $1699 version as it is the sweetspot, plus you get a Intel G7 graphics card, which is good enough to run this display smoothly.

Otherwise it is a gorgeous display. I CAN NEVER GO BACK TO ANYTHING INFERIOR! LG HAS ME IN A LOCK FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! GORGEOUS EVEN TYPING A REPLY TO YOU ###!
