This could be priced at $1,500 but be powered by two 2k instead of 4k displays. Furthermore, some households will have several iPhones and it would be financially easier to justify a monitor/VR headset that can be complimentary to several iPhones.
Much better than $3,500, but still expensive at $1,500. Make it $1,000 at most for the non-pro Vision headset.

Meta Quest 3 is overall a decent headset and it's only $500, so I bet Apple can make a better headset than that for under $1,000.

$1,500 is probably the price of the average Mac and not far off what an iPhone pro cost.

It wouldn't be a bad price of pay for a spatial computer that is also a personal cinema and allows you to re-experience past moment in 3D.

Overall I think Vision is the type of product that you try, go ahead and buy it because you can't stop thinking about it or think "it's fun but not for me".

It isn’t going to drop in price to 1/3 of the launch price.
