Cheapest hard drive early 2008 MacBook Pro

My early 2008 15" MacBook Pro's (one before unibody) hard drive has failed and I need to buy a new one. I am looking for the cheapest model I can find - I want my MacBook to last another year or two. Can someone please recommend a decently reliable (but cheap in terms of price) hard drive?

I have looked through the form, and have seen similar posts that ask for SSD or are really old and the recommendations are for a little over $100 HD. I would prefer if I could get the HD for under $50 CAD.
